Fundamental Income
Emily Sutchar is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Fundamental Income since April 2021. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Accounting Manager at CIM Group, L.P. from February 2018 to April 2021 and was also an Accounting Manager at VEREIT from 2015 to 2021. Emily began their tenure at VEREIT, Inc. as a Senior Accountant and progressed through various roles, including Accountant and Accounts Receivable Coordinator, from October 2011 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, Emily worked as an Administrative Assistant at Tensile Testing Metallurgical Laboratory from June 2004 to August 2011. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Planning from The University of Akron, earned between 2005 and 2011.
