Nicola Congiargiu

Nicola Congiargiu has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked at Fundamental Media as a Research Data Scientist, conducting global research on asset managers and insurance companies. They were responsible for various tasks such as desk research, survey preparation and analysis, social media monitoring, and production of reports and articles. Nicola also worked as an Assistant Manager at Fuller, Smith & Turner and as a Data Research Analyst as an independent contractor, where they focused on statistical analysis and data visualization. Additionally, they worked as a Junior Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of Cagliari, where they contributed to research projects, conducted qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and provided support to undergraduate students. Lastly, Nicola served as the Head of Organizational Development at JECA, a Junior Enterprise organization, where they were responsible for cultural analysis and research, recruitment processes, and project reporting.

Nicola Congiargiu completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychological Sciences at Università degli Studi di Cagliari from 2010 to 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology of Development and of Social and Work Processes at the same university, specializing in Social and Work Processes. In addition to their academic degrees, Nicola has obtained several certifications in various fields. These certifications include "Advanced NLP with Python for Machine Learning" from LinkedIn, "Data Visualization with Tableau" from Udacity, and multiple certifications related to User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking from LinkedIn. Nicola has also received certifications in subjects such as R Statistics, Organizational Learning and Development, and Python Data Analysis from LinkedIn.
