Michael Sherman

Michael Sherman is the Chief Legal Officer at Fundamental Advisors, where they provide high-level counsel on complex legal and regulatory matters. With extensive experience in the private equity sector, Michael has served as Co-Chairperson of the Private Equity CCO/GC Forum since 2017 and held dual roles as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Dune Real Estate Partners LP until 2024. Prior to these positions, they were an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher from 2003 to 2010. Michael earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University.
