Megha Aggarwal

Megha Aggarwal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2005, they began their career at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst and later became an Investment Banking Associate. From 2009 to 2013, Megha worked as a Skill Development Expert, collaborating with organizations such as the Asian Development Bank and the Ministry of Human Resource Development. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of LEAP Skills Academy, a skill development and training social enterprise that has trained over 50,000 young Indians. In 2018, Megha joined India and Bharat Together (IABT) as a Non Executive Director. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded Fundamento (formerly Skillr). Through their various roles, Megha has gained expertise in skill development, training, and 21st century skills identification. Megha has a strong understanding of young people, employers, and the global skills landscape.

Megha Aggarwal completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, from 1999 to 2002. Megha then pursued a 2nd B.A. degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they obtained a Msc. degree in Finance and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), from 2004 to 2005.
