Vivienne Tako C. is the Client Success Team Lead for the Americas at FundApps, a role held since May 2018, where notable achievements include implementing tracking for Implementation Time to Value and establishing a Client Success Management framework. Previous positions include Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager at FundApps, where Vivienne managed enterprise client portfolios and collaborated with various teams to enhance client engagement and ROI. Prior to FundApps, Vivienne served as a Customer Success Expert at BuildingBlok® and held project management roles at thebigword, gaining extensive experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and training. Vivienne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Baruch College and has also studied at the University of Oxford and the University at Albany.
