Sarazen Syailendra

Sarazen Syailendra is the current Regional Head of CX Operations at Funding Societies Pte. Prior to this, they were with NCR Corporation as the FSC Manager for SEA, HK, TW. They have also been with Convergys and Xchanging Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in various roles and responsibilities.

Sarazen Syailendra began their educational career with a Bachelor (Hons) in Professional Communication from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. Sarazen then went on to obtain a Diploma in Advertising from University of Indonesia. Sarazen has also obtained various certifications, including from Product Marketing Alliance in Product Marketing Core Certified, Convergys in Six Sigma Green Belt, AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and COPC Inc. in COPC - High Performance Management Technique.

Sarazen Syailendra works with Tran Ngoc - Head of Product & Risk Management, Varun B. - Country Head, Thailand, and Agnes Natalia Basri - Head of Talent Operations and Business Partner. Sarazen Syailendra reports to Kelvin Teo, Co-Founder & Group CEO.
