Sam Deans

Sam Deans has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Intern at the Cambridge University Plant Sciences Department, where they were involved in the Teaching and Technology Project. They also served as the Co-President of the Cambridge University Biological Society from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Sam was a JIC International Undergraduate Summer School Student at the John Innes Centre. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Rotation Student at the John Innes Centre. Their most recent position is as a Backend Engineer at Fundment, starting in October 2021.

Sam Deans obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences (Plant Science) from the University of Cambridge from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Magdalen College School in Oxford from 2007 to 2014, although the degree and field of study during that time are unspecified.
