Tyler Woollard MCSI

Tyler Woollard MCSI has a diverse and extensive work experience in the compliance field. Tyler currently holds the position of Head of Compliance (SMF16, SMF17) at Fundment, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they founded their own firm called The Conduct Mind in 2018 and worked as a Compliance and Risk Consultant. In this role, they provided a range of services including conduct risk framework design, compliance monitoring program design, and money laundering/financial crime advice. Tyler also had an interim role as the UK Head of Compliance at CoinShares from September 2018 to March 2019.

Before starting their own firm, Tyler was the Global Head of Compliance (CF1, CF10, CF11) at ETF Securities by WisdomTree from January 2011 to June 2018. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the sale of ETF Securities' European Exchange-Traded Commodity, Currency and Short-and-Leveraged business to WisdomTree Investments. Prior to that, they served as the Compliance Director (CF1, CF10, CF11) at HB Markets plc from September 2006 to December 2010. In this role, they managed a team of staff responsible for compliance monitoring and provided strategic guidance on regulatory initiatives.

Tyler's career in compliance began at The Northern Trust Company, where they held various roles from July 2000 to September 2006. In these roles, they supported the Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the International Compliance Team and provided advice on anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures.

Tyler Woollard MCSI attended Moulsham High School from 1989 to 1996, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their time at Moulsham High School, they enrolled at Anglia Ruskin University from 1996 to 1999. During their time there, they obtained an LLB Hons degree in Law. In addition to their educational background, Tyler Woollard MCSI obtained a certification as a School Governor from Juniper Education Group in December 2020.
