Ajay Chidrawar has an extensive career in customer success, product management, and presales. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Customer Officer for Fundraise Up. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at DailyPay, Inc., where they led and scaled the hyper growth, earned-wage-access Fintech start-up. Ajay implemented Account Management, Quarterly Business Reviews and Value Delivery processes, which enabled significantly high Customer Satisfaction Scores, end-user Net Promoter Scores and retention rates. Ajay also oversaw growth hacking and marketing initiatives in B2B2C by partnering with Customers and significantly growing adoption rates and revenue. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Senior Vice President, Global Customer Success & GM Analytics Business Unit at AFS Technologies, Inc., where they headed the Global Customer Success organization, the Analytics Business Unit, and Cloud Operations. Ajay revamped and optimized the Customer Success organization to better align multiple acquisitions, that included products which overlapped functionality and had a complementary customer base. Ajay also revitalized the Analytics Business Unit by launching new modules and Go-To-Market strategies for new and existing customers. From 2007 to 2015, they were the Senior Vice President, Global Customer Success, Services & Support at Vistaar Technologies, where they created a world class global Customer Success organization spanning all aspects of post-sale customer lifecycle including Implementations, Customer Success, and Customer Support. Ajay built a Customer Success organization with multiple competencies that delivered Pricing Optimization solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and mid-size customers. Ajay also broadened business opportunities by establishing multiple verticals in Spirits and Wines, Auto, Industrial, Pharma Retail, Hi-Tech and Digital Goods. From 1997 to 2007, they were the Director, Presales, Solutions Marketing at i2 Technologies, where they directed Global Presales, Product Management, and Solutions Marketing. Ajay influenced hyper growth in a short period of time.

Ajay Chidrawar holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Ajay also holds certifications from DeepLearning.AI for AI for Everyone and from The Johns Hopkins University for the Data Science Specialization.
