Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Fundraise Up

Natalie Epelman has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 with an internship at Hillel International, where they recruited 200 students in the D.C. area to the Facing Change conference about social change. Natalie then moved on to the Maryland Multicultural Youth Center as an Assistant to the Work Skills Director, where they helped organize a Job Fair for underprivileged youth in the Greater D.C. area and contacted employers to attend the Job Fair. In 2011, they worked as a Political Intern at The Jewish Federations of North America, where they researched Jewish community related issues to develop memos for distribution to internal staff and organized and participated in lobbying missions on Capitol Hill. In 2012, they were an Intern at Cultural Tourism DC and an Operations Assistant at the Office for Study Abroad at The George Washington University, where they managed study abroad paperwork for an average of 20 students per day and addressed questions and concerns from parents and students about study abroad experience. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at AIPAC, first as a Program Associate and then as a Program Manager for International Affairs, where they developed strategic relationships with over 200 American government officials, foreign dignitaries, DC-based diplomats, and Jewish community professionals to engage in foreign policy. Natalie also planned and managed events, meetings, forums, and conferences for 100+ stakeholders and prepared correspondence, speaking points, and meeting materials on global foreign policy for executive leadership. In 2018, they were a Graduate Consultant at Citi Ventures, where they were part of the core curriculum for the MPA program at NYU Wagner and researched upskilling educational opportunities for people facing job loss in the era of automation of the US workforce. Natalie was also a Graduate Analyst at NYU Impact Investment Fund (NIIFonline.com) and partnered with students from the NYU schools of law and business to source social enterprises innovating for the future of education. Finally, they were a Social Impact Intern at Global Brands Group (Member of Fung Group), where they planned and managed employee engagement events, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and company sustainability including Pride, International Children's Day, and Operation Backpack. In 2020, Natalie Epelman joined Fundraise Up as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, and previously held positions as a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise and Nonprofit Success Engineer.

Natalie Epelman received their Master of Public Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, with a focus on Social Impact, Innovation, and Investment. Natalie also holds a Bachelors of Arts from The George Washington University in International Affairs and Contemporary Cultures and Societies. In 2011, they completed a program at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
