Cathy Cruzan

Cathy Cruzan is an experienced professional with a robust background in E-rate compliance services, currently serving as President at Funds For Learning, LLC, since 2000. In this role, Cathy oversees the management of all school and library E-rate compliance services and addresses a diverse range of E-rate issues on a daily basis. Prior to this position, Cathy held various roles at Oklahoma City Clinic from 1997 to 2000, including Vice President of Client Operations, Director of Compliance Services, and Accounting Manager. Cathy holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, a Master’s Degree in Management from Southern Nazarene University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
