Harry Hartono has over 10 years of work experience. In 2008, they were the Banquet Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Beijing. In 2009, they became Vice President at PT. BNI Sekuritas. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Shareholder at PT. Satyamas Powerindo, PT. HOME BBQ, PT. Chandhar Capital Premier, and PT. Integritas Jaya Mandiri. In 2012, they were Co-Founder of Chandhar Group, where they invested in various companies ranging from Food and Beverage, Agriculture Export, and Marketing Agency. In 2016, they became a Shareholder at PT. Chandharland Permata Indonesia. Finally, in 2015, they became the CEO of Fundtastic.

Harry Hartono attended Glion Institute of Higher Education from 2004 to 2008, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Hospitality Administration/Management.
