Foram Raichura is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Solutions Innovantes HR Consulting, established in August 2022, recognized by IIM Ahmedabad for its Young Entrepreneurs Programme. With a focus on enabling inclusive growth through innovative HR services, Foram leads various enterprise-level offerings. Additionally, since April 2024, Foram serves as a CHRO Advisory Consultant for Rejig Digital and Funfull, overseeing comprehensive HR functions and talent management strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Human Resources Development at Solution Analysts and Manager of Human Resources at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd., along with earlier positions in HR management. Foram holds an Executive Education Programme in Entrepreneurship & Strategic Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
