Eva Mullarkey

Eva Mullarkey serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Fungtio, a company specializing in premium, filler-free mushroom blends, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy, operations, brand development, and partnerships. Prior to Fungtio, Eva held various roles such as Business Development Associate at Raze, Program Operations Lead at Angel Labs IO, and Investor Relations & Raise Coordinator at EPIC: The XRP RWA Network, where strategic fundraising efforts were implemented. Previous experience also includes positions at Tucker Green Consulting, Deakin University, Riverside Community Care, and the Derner School of Psychology, contributing to research and community support initiatives. Eva earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wellesley College, with further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
