Sebastian Fleck

Sebastian Fleck is a seasoned professional in data and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Director of Data & AI at FUNKE Works GmbH since October 2024. Previously, Sebastian held roles as Chief Data Officer and Data Scientist & Backend Developer at Truffls GmbH from July 2016 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes a research internship and assistant positions at Freie Universität Berlin, focusing on neuroimaging, data analysis, and behavioral studies. Sebastian began the academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Universität Osnabrück, followed by a Master of Science in Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience from Freie Universität Berlin, with additional studies undertaken at the University of Sydney.
