Prior to this, Shannon held various roles at Pernod Ricard, including Customer Marketing Manager, Category Development Manager, Category Development Executive, Business Development Executive, and Account Development Executive. Shannon also has experience in recruitment roles at Esade International and SAGE Publications, as well as a blogging position at The Huffington Post. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Communication from King's College London and has participated in a University Exchange Programme in Applied Linguistics at The University of Auckland.
