Adam Thornhill

Adam Thornhill has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Adam started their career at Nordstrom in 2005 as a Civil Claims Analyst, where they coordinated the recovery of fines and restitution resulting from retail theft. Adam also communicated with individuals accused of theft and negotiated repayment terms. In 2013, they became a Financial Investigator, responsible for conducting audits and collaborating with loss prevention for investigations.

In 2017, Adam became an Accounting Assistant III at Nordstrom, processing credit recovery claims and conducting monthly reconciliations. In 2019, they transitioned to Workforce Administration, verifying timesheets and correcting employee data errors.

In 2020, Adam joined Funko as an AR Reduction Specialist, validating chargebacks, managing customer service tickets, and disputing invalid chargebacks.
