Nilda Morack

Nilda Morack has a solid work history with experience in various roles related to quality control and compliance. Nilda started their career at Lands' End in 1982, where they worked in technical design and production planning until 2006. Nilda then joined Kohl's Department Stores as an Assistant Manager in quality assurance. In 2011, they moved to JCPenney, where they initially worked as Director of Quality Control Coordination and later as a Senior Director in the Quality Assurance and Testing department. In 2013, they joined lululemon athletica as the Director of Quality Assurance and Inspections. Nilda then moved to PetSmart in 2015, where they worked as the Director of Product Quality, Director of Product Integrity, and ultimately as the Senior Global Director of Product Integrity. Their most recent position is with Funko, where they serve as the Director of Compliance and Quality.

Nilda Morack attended Universidad Simón Bolívar from 1978 to 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture - City Planning. In 2018, they enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, completing their studies in 2019.
