Paul Eaton

Paul Eaton is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as Finance Director for UK/EMEA at Funko since August 2017. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, revenue and margin performance management, and cash flow oversight, while leading a team of 19 in various financial functions. Prior to Funko, Paul spent 24 years at Britvic Soft Drinks, where roles included Director of FP&A and Financial Control, overseeing performance management and planning cycles, and Director of Finance and IT, where responsibilities included leading a financial operation carve-out and implementing new IT platforms. Throughout a diverse career at Britvic, Paul held multiple leadership positions focused on strategy, business performance, and transformational initiatives. Paul began professional training as an Accounting Technician at Willis and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
