Eartha Cole, SHRM-CP has over nine years of experience in the Human Resources field. From 2012-2014, they worked as a Human Resources at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. From 2014-2015, they worked as a Recruiting Assistant at Bisk Education. From 2015-2018, they worked as an Operations Recruiter at Valet Living. From 2018-2019, they worked as a HR Generalist at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay. From 2019-2021, they worked as a HR Support Specialist at Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART). Currently, they are the People Operations Manager at Funnel Leasing, where they are responsible for conducting new employee orientations, creating and maintaining digital personnel, new-hire and terminated employee files, and establishing mid and end year review processes.
