Ilona Norman is an experienced professional with expertise in operational excellence and technical support. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead and Team Lead of Technical Support EMEA at Funnel since October 2018, Ilona also holds a position as a Solution Consultant. Prior experience includes working at Microsoft from March 2016 to September 2018 as a Strategic Search Account Coordinator, where relationships with top-tier customers in the Nordics were nurtured, and marketing account opportunities were analyzed and presented. Earlier, at Genuin Sverige AB, Ilona worked as an Online Marketing Specialist and Team Lead, focusing on training teams and driving conversions through SEM strategies. Ilona's academic background includes a Master's degree in Engineering, Media Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, along with studies in Media Management at the Stockholm School of Economics and Digital Marketing Communication at Berghs School of Communication.
