Mia Nordborg

Mia Nordborg is currently the COO at Funnel. Prior to this, they were the Chief Customer Success Officer at Mynewsdesk from September 2016 to June 2021. There, they were responsible for building and managing a Customer Success organisation, setting the strategy and implementing processes and tools to manage scalability and growth. Mia also has experience as the Director of Customer Experience for Projectplace, which is now a part of the new Planview. In this role, they were responsible for the online customer enablement and experience of Projectplace, and was a speaker at events where they drove thought leadership and best practices. Mia has also been the Head of Customer Relations at Projectplace International AB from April 2001 to March 2015, as well as a Senior Consultant at Aimit AB.

Mia Nordborg has a background in management from the Novare Academy, and has also completed Dale Carnagie's leadership and communication course.
