Marsha Wilson

Marsha Wilson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at RKON since October 2025, Marsha previously co-founded and led ScaleSec as CEO from May 2015 until its acquisition by RKON in November 2025. Marsha's expertise encompasses security-first cloud consulting, compliance frameworks, and strategic leadership in various roles, including positions at Chef Software, DualSpark, IOActive, and BAE Systems. Marsha has also served on the board of True Blue Service Dogs, Inc. and contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at San Diego State University. Marsha holds an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and multiple degrees and certifications in technology and languages.
