Shan Hua Wu

Shan Hua Wu has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. Beginning in 2011, Shan worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at KKBOX Inc., where they were responsible for conducting user research, managing user experience quality, and designing user interaction models and interfaces. Shan then joined KKTV Co., Ltd in 2015 as a Senior Product Designer, where they led the design team in shaping the product with research and data. They also participated in strategic research planning and developed research plans to address identified objectives. Most recently, Shan has been working at FunNow as a Product Design Lead since 2019. In this role, they lead the product team and design team in defining goals and shaping the product. They also conduct research activities and deliver persuasive research findings. Overall, Shan Hua Wu has a solid background in product design and a strong focus on research and data-driven design.

Shan Hua Wu completed a Master's Degree in Information and Communications from Shih Hsin University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese from National Cheng Kung University, which was completed between 2002 and 2006.
