Wesley Heng

Wesley Heng has over 17 years of experience in various human resources and talent acquisition roles. Wesley began their career as a Mortgage Sales Executive at Price Solutions, where they sold and promoted consumer banking products for Standard Chartered Bank. Wesley then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Mafoi, where they were involved in recruitment process outsourcing projects for Hewlett-Packard. Wesley also served as a Client Relation and Delivery IT Consultant at Mafoi, where they focused on IT requisitions delivery and brought in new accounts.

Later, Wesley joined Select Appointments as an ICT Recruitment Team Lead, where they developed recruiting strategies, managed a team of recruiters, and attracted quality candidates for clients. Wesley then moved on to Hewlett-Packard, where they held various roles including Senior Staffing Advisor and Project and Program Lead/Staffing Team Lead. In these positions, they monitored team performance, improved workflow and processes, and collaborated effectively with different work groups.

Wesley's career also includes a role as a Resourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions, where they provided resourcing support. Wesley then joined SAP as a Talent Acquisition Lead/Team Manager, where they managed a team responsible for volume hiring and implemented functional and business strategies.

After that, Wesley worked at Pfizer as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing talent acquisition activities. Wesley then joined Electronic Arts (EA) as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Northern Asia, where they led talent acquisition efforts for the region.

Most recently, Wesley has been working at FunPlus as the Human Resources Director, responsible for HR operations and strategy. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Imagendary Studios.

Throughout their career, Wesley has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Wesley Heng received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information System Engineering from Campbell University, where they attended from 1996 to 2001. In the same time frame, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information System Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
