Sheila Nasambu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sheila started their career in 2017 at Kenya Co-operative Creameries (KCC), where they worked as a Service Desk Assistant. Sheila'sresponsibilities included providing in-house technical support, repairing and replacing damaged equipment, and reformatting machines while backing up employee data. In 2021, they interned at Intelli New Technologies as an Information Technology Intern. Following this, they joined Clean Oven as a Social Media Specialist, utilizing their skills in managing social media platforms. Currently, Sheila works at Funraisin as a Customer Support Specialist, where they assist customers with their inquiries.

Sheila Nasambu pursued their Master of Information Technology degree from Western Sydney University, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Sheila attended the university from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their degree, Sheila also obtained several certifications. In November 2017, they completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate Service Provider Operations (CCNA) program at the Institute of Advanced Technology. These certifications showcase their expertise in various tech-related areas.
