Chan has a strong background in human resources, with experience working in various hotel and resort companies. They started their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Manager at Centara Koh Chang Tropicana Resort & Spa before moving on to become an Area Human Resources Manager at Centara Grand Phatamnak Pattaya. In 2014, Chan became the Director of Human Resources at Dhevamantra Resort and Spa before joining Baan Sukkhawadee by Saha Farm Group as the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Grand Palazzo Hotel Pattaya. Since 2017, Chan has been working as the Group Director of Human Resources at Furama Hotels International.

From 1999 to 2002, Chan attended Dhurakij Pundit University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Art degree in Communication.
