Camila Schmitt

Camila Schmitt is the founder of MKTBlend since February 2024, an initiative aimed at addressing the unmet needs of personal and professional development among students and young professionals. With extensive experience in academic settings, Camila has served as the marketing course coordinator at FURB - Universidade de Blumenau since January 2016, where efforts led to a 32% reduction in course fees while maintaining university profitability. Additionally, Camila is a university professor in marketing, administration, and international trade, focusing on creating engaging learning environments that connect theory with practice. From August 2015, Camila has also been a university professor at Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, emphasizing inclusive and stimulating education. Previously, from March 2016 to March 2023, Camila worked as a digital marketing strategist at Comunidade Metanoia, developing tailored solutions that foster business growth. Camila holds a doctorate in administration with a focus on marketing from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and completed both a master's and a bachelor's degree in administration at FURB.
