Varvara Belova is an experienced retail merchandising and planning professional, currently serving as the Head of Retail Merchandising & Planning for FURLA in Russia since May 2018. In this role, Varvara leads the development of seasonal and annual budgets, including buying plans and gross margin targets, while also forecasting and tracking key performance indicators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
