Natalie Franz has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Natalie is currently the Director - R&D, Innovation and Commercialization at Furlani Foods since April 2021. Natalie's earlier experience includes roles at Innovative Steam Technologies as a Field Service and Commissioning Engineer from 2000 to 2005, and at Kraft General Foods as a Capital Engineer in 1999.

Natalie Franz attended the University of Waterloo from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Chemical Engineering.
