Karen Turner is an experienced educator and well-being coordinator with a strong background in art and design. Since September 2002, Karen has been serving as the Well Being Coordinator at Furness College, where responsibilities include providing pastoral support and counseling for students. Additionally, Karen teaches Art & Design at BTEC NVQ levels, specializing in ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, and photography. Furness College
Furness College is the largest provider of education and skills training in Cumbria. It is on two campuses with a further education college at Channelside and a specialist sixth form campus at Rating Lane. It is rated good with outstanding provision for engineering and law by Ofsted.
