Andrew Laing

Andrew Laing has a diverse background in guest services and operations management, currently serving as Guest Services Manager at Furnished Quarters since April 2018, with prior roles as Guest Service Officer and Field Inspector. Following a relocation to San Francisco in late 2017, Andrew previously held the position of Warehouse/Operations Manager during the transition. From June 2006 to June 2017, Andrew worked at Hermès, where responsibilities included managing UK warehousing processes as Warehouse & Contact Centre Manager, auditing IT infrastructure as IT Administrator, and overseeing stock management as EPOS Administrator. Andrew's educational foundation was established at the Institute of Technology in Durban, South Africa, from 1994 to 1998.
