Susan Knights

Susan Knights is an experienced eCommerce and digital marketing professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of eCommerce at Furniture Village since March 2017, Susan holds sole eCommerce P&L responsibility for the retailer. Previous roles include eCommerce/Digital Marketing Consultant at Susan Knights Consulting Ltd, Group Head of eCommerce at Anthony Nicholas Group, and Head of Marketing at Kiddicare. Susan's background also includes significant positions in eCommerce marketing at House of Fraser and digital marketing communications at Signet PLC. Susan holds a 1st BA Hons in Business Studies with a specialization in Marketing from London South Bank University.
