Rachel Firestone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Principal at Further Advisory since September 2022, Rachel previously held executive positions at Maven Machines, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Customer Success. Rachel's background includes significant roles at Workday, where responsibilities included leading global service rollouts and managing talent management deployments. Prior to Workday, Rachel was a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner at Autodesk, overseeing global store enhancements and collaborations across multiple regions. Rachel's early career features roles at Native Instinct, AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange, Kaiser Permanente, and Deloitte.
