Aman Gour

Aman Gour is a technology entrepreneur and product leader currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Further AI, focusing on building an AI workforce for the insurance industry since November 2023. Previously, Aman co-founded TurboHire, where roles included President & CRO, responsible for scaling the company's go-to-market strategy, and Chief Product & Strategy Officer, leading product and innovation to enhance talent decision-making for enterprises. Aman's earlier experience also includes a tenure at Microsoft as a Product Manager, where significant contributions were made to a mobile-first training platform and the Digital India initiative, as well as a role as a Software Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Aman began an academic career as a Visiting Research Scholar at TU Braunschweig, contributing to research in computational problems. Aman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has participated in Y Combinator.
