Michael Fusco has been a leader in the insurance industry for over a decade. In 2010, they became the CEO of Fusco Orsini & Associates Risk and Insurance Services, an independent insurance agency dedicated to making sure customers have the coverage they need. In 2021, they became the Managing Member of Insurtech Capital Partners LLC. In 2016, they became a Limited Partner at Anorak Ventures, an investment firm focused on emerging technologies. In 2020, they created the Team Business Podcast, a rapid-fire series of questions with guests from different industries.

Michael Fusco attended the University of Maryland from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus in Finance, Management, Marketing, Logistics, Economics, and Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
