Shay Arnon has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2014 with Vidmind, where they served as Marketing Administrator and Office Manager. In 2015, they became the Northeast Regional Director and Assistant Director for the Garin Tzabar Program at Friends of Israel Scouts, Inc. Tzofim. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Research Coordinator and Volunteer Research Assistant at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute, and as a Volunteer in the Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at Bellevue Hospital Center. In 2017, they interned at the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), and as a First Year M.A. Practicum in Clinical Psychology Adult Track. In 2020, they became a Research Assistant at The National Suicide Prevention Program, Israeli Ministry of Health, and a Second Year M.A. Practicum in Clinical Psychology, Adult Track at Clalit Health Services. Finally, in 2021, they became a Clinical Psychology Intern at Clalit Health Services and an HR Generalist at FUSE Autotech.
Shay Arnon began their education in 2009 at Tenafly High School and graduated in 2011. Shay then attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2012, studying Psychology and International Relations. From 2015 to 2018, they attended New York University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies. In 2019, they began a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), and is expected to graduate in 2021.
