Russell Lerman

Russell Lerman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the private debt financing sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Fuse Capital since January 2013, where the focus is on supporting high growth technology businesses with revenues between £2m-25m. In October 2023, Russell also became the Chief Executive Officer at Quest, a firm dedicated to assisting owner-managed businesses in overcoming capital-raising challenges without sacrificing control. Previously, Russell held the position of Non-Executive Director at the NHS SBS Carbon & Energy Fund, contributing to a partnership aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of NHS buildings. As Managing Director and co-founder of Envido Ltd, Russell grew the company into a leading Carbon & Energy consultancy before successfully selling it in 2012. Russell's educational background includes attendance at JFS School from 1989 to 1994.
