Baer Noldus

Baer Noldus is the founder of Fuse, a company that focuses on customer interaction. Baer has a long history of working in customer service and operations management. Baer began their career as a management trainee with Randstad in 2009. Baer then worked their way up to regional manager and finally head of global people operations at MessageBird. In 2019, they left MessageBird to become the head of operations at 24sessions. In 2021, they left 24sessions to start Fuse.

Baer Noldus has a MSc in International Business from Maastricht University, a Lean Management certification from Randstad, and a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University. Baer also attended Stedelijk Gymnasium Breda.
