Mathew Westcott has extensive experience in recruitment and business management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Fuse Recruitment since November 2010, where the firm specializes in permanent and temporary recruitment across various sectors including Infrastructure and Manufacturing. Prior to this, Mathew held the position of CEO at the Bayside Group of Companies from June 2007 to November 2010, overseeing multiple specialist recruitment brands. Earlier roles include National Manager for Techstaff, and Business Development Manager for the Bayside Group, as well as Director of M & S Westcott Electrics, an electrical contracting business owned and operated from January 1994 to February 2001.
