Randy Creighton

Randy Creighton has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Randy currently serves as the General Counsel at Fuse Technologies, a fintech company specializing in ticket and experience sales. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Kerberos Capital Management, a private credit asset management firm. Randy also worked as a Senior Counsel at Allstate, providing legal support for their investment management division. Randy has held leadership positions as Vice President and General Counsel at JusTours and AXEL. Additionally, Randy has a background in private practice, representing corporate debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and advising privately held businesses on various transactions.

Randy Creighton obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pepperdine University between 2000 and 2004. Randy then pursued further education at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where they obtained a J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree in Law from 2005 to 2008.
