Ryan O'Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Client Services at Fuse Universal, Ryan leads a 30-member department focused on enhancing customer retention and operational efficiency. In addition to this role, Ryan is an Ambassador for the SaaS Alliance, promoting best practices and coaching peers in the SaaS industry. As the Head of Strategy for Dorking Wanderers FC, Ryan aids in leveraging the club's rapid growth to attract significant sponsorship deals. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at THRIVE, where Ryan expanded the customer operations team significantly, and Manager at KPMG UK, where Ryan improved consultancy delivery processes.
