Jack Leonard

Jack Leonard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and client services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at InfoSum, Jack has previously held significant roles at The Trade Desk, including Senior Director and Director of Client Services for North Asia, as well as Account Director. Jack's early career at BBDO involved positions such as Digital Strategist and Account Executive. In addition to professional endeavors, Jack has pursued self-employment as a writer and took a career break for travel. Jack earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Princeton University and completed a course at Harvard Business School Online in 2019.
