Aleksandr Sepp has over a decade of experience in the engineering and management field. Aleksandr started their career as a site engineer and project manager assistant with Hausers Grupp. Aleksandr then spent eight years with Novarc Group where they worked their way up to Regional Director. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships between main and back offices, providing technical and managerial support during projects, establishing relationships with customers and partners, and participating in networking events. Aleksandr also oversaw all bid preparations and contract negotiations. In 2015, they became the General Manager / Member of Board of Novarc AS, the Norwegian subsidiary of Novarc Group. In this role, they were responsible for effectively managing the company, improving Regional Sales performance, contributing to the achievement of A Credit Rating (2016), ensuring the implementation of the Group´s strategy, implementing QS and QA methodologies within company and projects, responsible for marketing and client relationship management, and producing periodic business reports to the Board of Directors. Aleksandr left Novarc AS in November 2021 to take on their current role as Strategic Partnership Manager at Fusebox OU.

Aleksandr Sepp has a MSc in Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in industrial management and engineering. Aleksandr also has a MSc in Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in construction management and economics. Aleksandr has applied education from Tallinn University in advertisement and PR. Finally, they went to Tallinn High School of Humanities.

They are on a team with Dagmar Vlassov - COO, Erik Tamsalu - Development Manager, and Ruslans Kononovics - Partner in Latvia. Their manager is Tarvo Õng, CEO.
