Rachael has also led projects, provided training, and assisted in system implementations. Rachael's expertise lies in efficiently utilizing HR systems, analyzing data, and recommending process improvements. Currently, Rachael is a Compensation and Benefits Manager at Fusion Academy, where Rachael continues to excel in their HR career.
