Brad Call

Brad Call is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and client success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at Fusion CX since May 2022, Brad also holds the position of VP of Operations at Boomsourcing, where efforts have contributed to significant company expansion from 25 to 1200 global employees. Previously, Brad worked at Digital Media Solutions Group as Director of Client Success and Senior Account Manager, focusing on performance marketing and client engagement through data-driven strategies. Earlier roles included Sr. Strategic Account Manager and Call Center Manager at 1on1 Marketing, where leadership and analytical skills were essential in driving growth and managing team performance. Brad holds a degree in Business, Finance and Banking from Utah Valley University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
