Harsh Kedia

Harsh Kedia serves as the Country Head (UK) and Head of IT Procurement at Fusion CX since July 2014, leading initiatives to enhance customer experience through AI, automation, and tech support services. Previously held roles include IT Vendor Manager and Global Operation Director at Simply Outbound from August 2013 to June 2014, and Account Management & Finance Executive at XPLORE-TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from October 2010 to July 2013, starting as an Account & Finance trainee executive. Harsh Kedia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from The Bhawanipur Education Society College and is currently pursuing further education in procurement and business management through CIPS and Brentwood Open Learning College.
