Gary Pruden

Gary Pruden has extensive experience in the technology industry. Gary served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Fusion Business Solutions starting in 2005. In this role, they are responsible for solution architecture, service offerings, and developing company strategy. Gary has also worked on consulting engagements with senior customer contacts to board level, advising on AIOps, Service Management transformation, cloud migration, and IoT. Gary'sclients include service providers and global organizations in sectors such as finance, telecom, media, and government.

Before joining Fusion Business Solutions, Pruden was also the CTO at ETC, where they served as a board member and played a key role in driving business strategy. During their tenure from 1995 to 2005, they successfully set up a 24/7 support function, established a technical consulting division, and delivered solutions in contact centers, e-commerce, and service management to major blue chip companies.

Gary Pruden has a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire. Gary also attended Southgate, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for that institution.
