Steve Deal

Steve Deal has more than 30 years of work experience in various roles within the chemical and engineering industry. Steve began their career at Delta Faucet Company in 1989 as a Laboratory Manager and Plant Chemical Engineer, where they worked for nine years. In 1998, they joined PetroChoice - Lubrication Solutions as a Technical Director before moving to Fuchs Lubricants Co. in 2000, where they served as the Indiana Division Manager for six years. In 2006, Steve joined Chemtool Inc. as an Account Manager and Chemical Engineer, a role they held for 15 years until their recent move to Fusion Chemical Corporation in 2021. At Fusion Chemical Corporation, Steve currently serves as the Technical Director & Strategic Sales Manager.

Steve Deal attended Franklin College from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering & Physics.
