John Brooks has a diverse work experience in sales and customer service roles. John started their career at Sprint as an Account Service Specialist in 2007 before moving on to AT&T as an Account Executive in 2008. In 2012, they joined Home Depot as a Sr. Customer Resolution Specialist, where they received awards for their high close rate and quality assurance scores. In 2013, they joined Cbeyond (now Birch Communications) as a Sr. Enterprise Solution Advisor, responsible for managing mid-sized and enterprise-level accounts. John consistently met and exceeded sales quotas during their time there. In 2015, they transitioned to Birch Communications and held roles as a Sales Team Lead and Sales Manager, where they managed and trained a team of sales professionals, generated incremental revenue growth, and positively impacted churn metrics. In 2013, they joined Fusion Connect as a Senior Solutions Sales Manager, leading a team of sales professionals and achieving high renewal and revenue growth targets.
